The members of Bradford Community Church voted 100% in favour of providing WOW Living with the use of a portion of their land to be home to our first four trailers. 

A church is not a traditional site for garden suites because the provincial definition of a garden suite 'is a housing unit, usually located in the backyard of an existing house, but separate and detached from the main house. Garden suites, are generally smaller than the main house on the lot. Garden Suites are often a way to create homes for family members – parents, grandparents or adult children.' For many people this becomes an accessibility issue because they do not have family who have the means to provide them with this option. However, WOW Living is advocating that allowing churches to offer the garden suite option to people living in poverty falls within their mandate to be family to those in need.
