Keyholders are crucial to WOW-Living! 

Their financial commitment ensures the rent for our beautiful 5,000 sqft. facility

at 177 Church Street, Bradford is paid in full. 

Our annual rent is $61,200, which works out to: 

$3,000/month for the Out Of the Cold Cafe and $2,100/month for A Hand Up Clothing Room. 

Each year we pray for 12 Key Holders who will commit to covering one month of rent for the clothing Room and 12 Key Holders to cover one month of rent for the cafe. We have a combination of local businesses, families and individuals who make up our 24 Key Holders each year. 

We are currently praying for 6 more Cafe Key Holders and 1 additional Clothing Room Key Holder for 2025.
