The program is being run in collaboration with 4 community partners including: Glowing Hearts Psychotherapy, Jeanny Salmon Therapy & Clinical Services, Bradford Community Church and Anchored Counselling & Psychotherapy, along with a team of mentors in hopes to provide support to 6 individuals.

Through the United Way Simcoe Muskoka, their Collaborative Grant and amazing funds raised through the Coldest Night of the Year we will receive funding from them over 3 years!
