The Groundwork program is a program designed to provide support for those 15 years of age and older dealing with financial insecurity by providing them with training, in-person mental-health supports, mentorship, safe employment options and volunteer opportunities.
Through the United Way Simcoe Muskoka, their Collaborative Grant and funds raised through the Coldest Night of the Year we have been able to work on developing the Groundwork wrap-around program and are excited to begin working with our 5th round of participants this January 2026.
