The program is being run in collaboration with: Glowing Hearts Psychotherapy, Holding Space For You and Anchored Counselling & Psychotherapy, along with a team of mentors to provide support to a group of individuals experiencing the harsh realities of living in poverty. Through the United Way Simcoe Muskoka, their Collaborative Grant and has provided us with the financial support we have needed to build a wrap-around program that is helping participants move from instability toward a strong foundation of support.
